Shift: Monday-Friday (Saturdays are rotating) from 7pm – 4am
Salary: $80K to $85K depending on experience
Position Summary:
Patriot Beverages is seeking a driven and experienced Production Supervisor to lead production operations in our food and beverage manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and acommitment to food safety and compliance. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met while leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production team members to meet scheduled production targets.
- Oversee high-speed and automated production lines, ensuring equipment is operated efficiently and safely.
- Monitor and reduce downtime, waste, and inefficiencies, using data and KPIs to drive performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards, including GMPs.
- Enforce all OSHA and company safety standards; foster a proactive safety culture on the floor.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production flow and reduce operational costs.
- Provide hands-on coaching and training for new and existing employees, ensuring standard operating procedures are followed.
- Act as a liaison between production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation as required by internal and regulatory standards by verifying all food safety and quality checks performed during their shift.
- Cultivate a positive team culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and performance.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of food safety standards, including GMP, or similar regulatory systems.
- Experience managing high-speed or automated production lines.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, problem-solving techniques, and KPI management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, deliver accountability and delegate effectively.
- Effective communication skills—able to deliver clear instructions and provide feedback across shifts and departments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and noisy environment as typical in food manufacturing.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to ensure clear understanding of safety procedures, training materials, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in OSHA-10/30, or Lean/Six Sigma are a strong plus.
- Experience with production scheduling software and Salesforce.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced food/beverage production environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in varying temperature conditions (hot/wet).
- PPE required in all production areas.
