Since 1983, CPF, Inc. (Central Production Facility) has been a trusted leader in beverage manufacturing, delivering quality, innovation, and reliability to some of the nation’s mostrecognized brands. What began as a single bottling operation has grown into a multi-facilitybeverage production network serving customers across the Northeast and beyond.
Today, our 320,000-square-foot facility in Ayer, Massachusetts operates six high-capacity production lines dedicated to producing refreshing iced teas and premium spring water products.
Our growth continued in 2016 with the creation of Patriot Beverage in Littleton, Massachusetts. This state-of-the-art campus added three additional production lines focused on purified electrolyte water, iced teas, and other non-carbonated beverages.
CPF proudly manufactures a wide range of beverages including carbonated soft drinks, seltzers, cold-fill teas, purified and spring water, and other non-carbonated beverages. We are honored to produce beverages for leading partners including PepsiCo, Aldi, and many other
nationally recognized brands.

Our flagship Ayer facility is where it all started. Operating since 1983 at 25 Copeland Drive, the Ayer plant produces Pepsi-Cola and other Pepsi brand beverages for distribution across Greater New England. This is a high-volume, high-speed production facility operating on 3 shifts with a team dedicated to quality and consistency.
NEHF was established to meet growing demand for hot-fill beverage production. Operating as Patriot Beverages in Littleton, MA, our facility produces Pure Leaf Iced Tea and Aquafina purified water. Since opening, Patriot Beverages has grown over 100% year over year and is on track to produce 30 million cases annually.
